Motor Vehicle Reports
Prior to hiring a new employee it is advisable to check their motor
vehicle record. Call us by 2:00 PM at 954-389-5897 or fax a request
to 954-389-6661 and we will fax back or mail the report the same
day.
To obtain a report: state full driver 's name, driver 's license
#, and D.O.B.
Individual Credit Reports
Confidential credit reports will be provided to an employer for
their internal use only. To obtain a report: Call our office at
954-389-5897 and state full name, address, and S.S.#.
Business Credit Reports
Confidential credit reports on business will be provided to an employer
for their internal use only.
To obtain a report: Call our office at 954-389-5897 and state full
company name, address, and telephone number.
Trac Reports
Need to find an individual that might owe you money? The Trac Report
will provide an address for you.
